Purpose
After many years of teaching and working with students, I felt called to create a space to share what I’ve learned—and am still learning. This blog is a collection of reflections, studies, and lessons meant to both clarify my own thoughts and serve anyone who might find them meaningful.
The title, “The Proper Context,” reflects a principle every Bible teacher emphasizes: the importance of understanding context. Without it, we can distort Scripture or misunderstand others in ways that are genuinely harmful.
I don’t write as an expert but as a fellow learner—someone who welcomes dialogue, questions, and growth along the way.
Values
Jesus is the way the truth and the life.
Everyone is made in the image of God and therefore has inherent value.
Understanding is the bedrock for growth and connection.
